terms of service
violation of anything on this terms of service will result in you being blacklisted and loss of rights to the piece of work.by ordering a commission from me, you agree to these terms:i retain the right to post the artwork on my social media accounts for advertising purposes. if you'd like to specifically order a non-posted commission, let me know.you will not edit or remove the signature on the commission.you will never use the commissioned work for NFT's, or as data/"prompts" for AI generated artwork.Payments will be in USD, and any partial payments will be discussed before ordering the commission.
you will not issue a chargeback for a finished commission, and if during the term of work a problem arises we will connect about the possibility of refunding. adoptables are not eligable for refunds.if in the case that i cannot finish your commission, i will subtract the amount of time i have worked on your commission in wages from your invoice, and issue that amount as a refund.you will inform me if there are specific deadlines for the project before ordering the commission.
during the process of creation, i will send you a sketch, lineart, and color. for each part in the process you are entitled to two rounds of revision where small edits can be made. if larger edits are not communicated before moving onto the next part, i may ask for additional compensation to match the additional time spent. if the scope of the project becomes larger, i may ask for additional compensation to match additional time spent.any adoptables or sold designs belong to the buyer and you retain the right to sell, edit, or change them as you please, given that you do not remove my artists' signature.This terms of service may be subject to change.
